Reformer Pilates Mom & Child
Postnatal reformer training – babies & children welcome.
Our Postnatal Pilates accompanies women mindfully after birth – on the Reformer. Targeted exercises support recovery, strengthen the pelvic floor and core, and help you rebuild stability and trust in your body after pregnancy. Requirement: a stable abdominal wall (no open diastasis recti). Babies and children are welcome; childcare remains with the mother.

Our Pre & Postnatal Pilates on the mat accompanies women mindfully during pregnancy and after birth. The prenatal focus lies on a safe and stabilising movement practice that supports the body during pregnancy, can release tension and strengthens the connection to your own body. Breath, posture, mobility and gentle strengthening are at the heart of each session. The postnatal portion supports recovery through targeted exercises, strengthens the pelvic floor and core, and helps you rebuild stability and trust in your body after birth.
